I am also disgusted and bored with it all
I don't have much to say beyond these words of wisdom, both in the comments and in the diary. I have made no secret of the fact that I am waiting for someone else, ANYONE ELSE to jump into the Democratic ring for the 08 race. Yeah, it's still early; it's still really early. But as each day passes and I look at our "frontrunners", I just want to get a new hobby.

What's wrong with Ron Paul? Besides the fact that he isn't a Democrat (God, I hope we aren't so stupid that we'll simply back any dope with a (D) after his or her name).
The best way to REALLY change this country is to trounce the Neoconservatives, and Ron Paul is far more anti-neoconservative than any of the Democrat front runners. Period.
When the Dems start kicking out people like Lieberman and Clinton, then I'll start giving them the moral high ground. Until then, ugh.
I can't answer for Jaime, and I need to know more about Ron Paul. But if he's a Libertarian, he's probably anti-union and in favor of globaliziation and free trade.
Personally, I'm more of an egalitarian populist in the Jim Webb mold. So, I probably wouldn't support Paul. But I need to find out more about him.
