The Governator says NO

In a totally expected move, Governor Schwarzenegger's office has declared that Paris Hilton will be treated no differently than anyone else when it comes to appeals. The fact that she is famous (again, I ask, WHY?) will not make a bit of difference in regards to her appeal.
A spokesman for Mr. Schwarzenegger indicated an intervention from the film star turned politician was unlikely.

"It would be inappropriate for the governor to insert himself in this battle until the individual has exhausted all of his or her legal remedies," said spokesman Aaron McLear.

"And at this point I don't think this is the case."
Well, good. I cannot imagine letting Paris off the hook would be very good for the Governator's ratings.

In more news that is totally expected, Paris is still driving.
